You can request deletion of your PaisaSaathi AI account and associated personal data by following the instructions below.
1. How to Request Account Deletion
- Send an email to shaswat185dubey@gmail.com with the subject line PaisaSaathi AI Account Deletion.
- Send the request from the email address associated with your account, if applicable.
- Include only the minimum information needed to identify your account. Do not include passwords, OTPs, UPI PINs, card PINs, or banking credentials.
- We may contact you if additional information is reasonably necessary to verify your request.
2. What Data May Be Deleted
Subject to the information actually collected and stored by the app, an approved deletion request may cover:
- Account information, such as your name and email address.
- Budgeting, expense, and savings records associated with your account.
- Saved preferences and other account-linked information.
- Stored chat history or AI interaction records associated with your account, where applicable.
The exact data covered by a request depends on the features you use and the systems in which your information is stored.

We will assess deletion requests in accordance with applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
